COOL (Country of Origin Labeling) becomes the law Sept. 30th!

This is a Federal Law and must be on file when you sell!

Complete your COOL Affidavit before Sept. 30th and have it on file at the market to be in compliance.  This is a simple form stating your cattle are of USA origin, not imported from another country.

ALL PRODUCERS –
Have your BSE Form and your COOL Affidavit on file in the office before you sell.

Effective Immediately – Downer Cattle have been banned
from slaughter. We will not accept Downer Cattle.
